Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- salt to taste
- optional diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop flesh into bowl.
- Mash avocado to desired texture.
- Add lime juice, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt; mix well.
- Fold in optional diced tomatoes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning; serve immediately.
