Ingredients
- 12 ounces ziti pasta
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook ziti until al dente, drain and set aside.
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the marinara, half of the ziti, and half of the cheese mixture; repeat layers.
- Top with remaining marinara, dot with butter, cover with foil, bake 25 minutes, uncover and bake 15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
