  • 12 ounces ziti pasta
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ziti until al dente, drain and set aside.
  3. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, provolone, cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the marinara, half of the ziti, and half of the cheese mixture; repeat layers.
  5. Top with remaining marinara, dot with butter, cover with foil, bake 25 minutes, uncover and bake 15 more minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
