  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Place chicken in a zip‑top bag, pour the marinade over, seal, and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  3. While marinating, mix mango, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, and a pinch of salt to make salsa.
  4. Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat and lightly oil.
  5. Remove chicken, discard excess marinade, and grill 6‑7 minutes each side until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
