Instructions

    2. Mix flour and salt, add yeast mixture and butter.
    3. Knead dough 5 minutes, let rise 1 hour.
    4. Roll out, spread smoked beef and cheese.
    5. Roll tightly, cut into 12 pieces, second rise 30 minutes.
    6. Bake at 375°F for 20‑25 minutes until golden.
