Ingredients

    • 8 ounces pasta of your choice
    • 1 cup smoked beef
    • diced
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 onion
    • chopped
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • minced
    • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 ounces)
    • 1 cup grape juice
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

    Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, reserve 1 cup water, drain.

     

  3. Sauté Onion

    Melt butter, sauté onion until translucent.

  6. Add Tomatoes and Grape Juice
